How do I become a provider on Ridalo?

Availability can be managed from the provider workspace, using the features offered on Ridalo.
What is an external booking?
An external booking is a booking entered directly by the provider when it was not made through the Ridalo booking flow. It can be used, in particular, to block availability in the calendar when a service has been booked outside of Ridalo.
Does an external booking generate a Ridalo commission?
No. An external booking is not a booking made through Ridalo and must not be included in commissions or settlements related to Ridalo bookings.
How are Ridalo commissions calculated?
The Ridalo commission applies to bookings made through the platform under the applicable terms.
